Reminder: 
All Dual Meets, in all Divisions will run - Heat 1 Girls, then Heat 1 Boys, then all the Extra Heats in that Age Group. 
Extra Heats are broken into 8 and under, 10 and under, 11 and over.
Extra Heats are no more than 50 yards/meters.
